Foreclosure Surplus Recovery
When a foreclosed property sells for more than the debt and costs owed, the extra money — the surplus — may belong to the former owner or other parties. Courts and trustees often hold these funds until someone files a valid claim.
What we help with
- ✓Mortgage foreclosure surplus and excess auction proceeds
- ✓Court-held surplus funds
- ✓Former property-owner identification
- ✓Claim assistance and case tracking
How it works
- 1. Review. We look for official public records that may relate to you and confirm what the holding agency or court actually has.
- 2. Explain. We tell you what we found, who holds the funds, what's needed to claim, and how to claim directly yourself if you prefer.
- 3. Agreement (optional). If you want our help, any fee is written down before work begins, follows your state's limits, and is payable only after you are paid.
- 4. Claim. We help assemble the official claim package. You review and sign your own claim.
- 5. Tracking. We follow the claim until the agency or court makes its decision.
