To research and respond to your inquiry, to help with a claim you ask us to assist with, and to keep records required by law. We contact you only as you have agreed, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We never ask for full Social Security or bank account numbers by email or text.

Security and retention

Access to personal information is restricted to authorized staff and logged. Identity documents are stored separately with restricted access. We keep information only as long as needed for your claim and our legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to contact@assetbridgegroup.org.
